Green Week - Easter 2023

🌿📣 Cambridge’s student-led Green Week for Easter 2023! 📣🌿

 

The student Green Officers from across the Cambridge Colleges have organised a Cambridge Green Week starting next week from Tuesday 25 April – Tuesday 2 May.

With a theme of ACTION, there are a wide range of inclusive and well-being related Green events, covering clothes swaps and yoga, gardening, panel discussions, film screenings, bike rides, sustainable banking, and even Climate Craftism! There is something for everyone, so be sure to mark your calendars and join in on the action.

"I'm extremely excited for the upcoming Green Week!" shares Deidre Boodoosingh, MPhil Engineering for Sustainable Development student and the Cambridge Climate Society's Green Officer Coordinator.

"This Green Week is not just a celebration of sustainability, but a reminder of our collective power to make a difference. Witnessing the passion and hard work of the Student Green Officers has been truly inspiring, and it's a testament to what we can achieve when we work together towards a common goal, making the theme of "Action" all the more fitting!"
