Antoinette leads our community engagement strategy with a wealth of experience and expertise. Holding a PhD in law with a focus on community economic development, she is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between academic research and public engagement. Additionally, she is a trained legal interpreter and translator (Spanish/English) and holds a diploma in journalism.
During COVID, Antoinette co-produced and edited the Cambridge Zero Hour, a weekly radio programme on CAM FM. The show covered themes on how we can help the planet, featuring interviews with individuals working in climate change, local and regional stories, children's perspectives, and more.
In her role, Antoinette ensures that Cambridge Zero's research and initiatives reach a broad audience, promoting awareness and action on climate issues. Her background in law and dedication to community development make her an invaluable asset to Cambridge Zero. Her efforts foster a more engaged and informed public, driving forward our mission to achieve a sustainable future.
Antoinette holds several fellowships, including with the Royal Society of the Arts (RSA) and the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law (CISDL). She is also a member of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law (WCEL) and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).
