Formed in 2023, the Cambridge Climate and Sustainability Education Group (CCSEG) brings partners from across the University together to bridge educational practice and strategy for a sustainable future.
This group believes that Cambridge can be a centre of excellence for sustainability in education, both locally and internationally. Working with both University and local partners and stakeholders, it supports the University’s mission to contribute to society through the pursuit of education, learning and research at the highest international levels of excellence.
The CCSEG brings the convening power of its constituent organisational partners towards supporting collective projects and mutual advocacy. It also actively explores opportunities for collaboration in order to deliver positive impacts across and beyond the University of Cambridge.
Members include Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership; Cambridge Judge Business School; Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education Limited; Cambridge Partnership for Education; Cambridge University Press & Assessment; and Cambridge Zero.
CCSEG aims:
- To facilitate the University of Cambridge in maximising the impact of its communications and influence.
- To produce the evidence that underpins the creation and dissemination of new products and practices to support education for sustainability internationally.
