This half-day symposium will look at the potential contributions of alternative proteins to our diets, climate change, and net-zero solutions, and where current discovery and developments are taking place. The economic, policy, and social obstacles to commercialisation and uptake will also be explored.
The event will be held at the West Hub, room East 2, on the 8th November between 13.00 and 18.00. Lunch will be provided.
