In this infographic we explore Daniel Ainalis' work with the Centre for Sustainable Road Freight. He is working with government and industry to test and implement a system of electric lorries using overhead cables across the UK. Long haul journeys are a hindrance in reaching net-zero, and so a zero emissions alternative is required. The heavy goods vehicles set out in this infographic would completely decarbonise road freight and their implementation may be achievable by 2040!
