Pathways to net zero emissions and carbon/climate neutrality

As part of the Global Alliance of Universities on Climate (GAUC), Cambridge Zero co-hosted this virtual conference 29-30 June 2021: Pathways to net zero emissions and carbon/climate neutrality

Many countries have now set targets for net zero emissions, or carbon/climate neutrality, by the middle of this century. However, the pathways to achieving targets for net zero emissions and carbon/climate neutrality have yet to be clearly set out, and substantive research and analysis on which to base them is still required. As countries now work on their plans for such pathways, the GAUC held this virtual event at which researchers from member institutions presented their latest research findings on this issue, and discussed the implications of their results for policymakers.

All the pre-recorded presentations and the live session recordings are available on the conference website.
